We collect information necessary to arrange and deliver training services—this may include your name, address, date of birth, PPS number, contact details, attendance records, certification results, financial details, and CCTV footage if you attend our premises. We also store a photo of learners and any payment history.
We store personal data of your organisation’s contacts, along with records of our communications, transactions and agreements, in order to deliver our services. We use this data for our legitimate business interests and to ensure high-quality service.
For our own employees, we maintain recruitment data during hiring and continue to update personal and performance information throughout employment, including attendance records and any role-specific requirements.
